For thousands of years the ancient time tested massage techniques of gua sha with origins in China, and anma originating from Japan have been well respected, as both refer to a practice of traditional therapeutic massage. I love this tool. It is extremely effective for many uses. I originally purchased for fascia release and found use beneficial to lymphatic drainage and for massage of minor cellulite on back of thigh area. The price here is very reasonable in comparison to those sold on other sites.
