Professional Skincare products and Makeup:
Returns are accepted for 100% refund / exchange of purchase price excluding shipping charges within 30 days of purchase for un-opened / un-used  products only. When in doubt test it out first. Trial sizes, and or testers are available for many/ most Professional Skincare, and Makeup products.  Please contact us prior to returning any items for complete instruction, and return authorization number.

Skincare/ Beauty-care Tools, and Accessories:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for refund/ exchange of purchase price excluding any shipping charges incurred.  Please contact us prior to returning any items for complete instruction, and return authorization number.

Our Device Terms reflect the specific manufacturer policies as listed.  We are not in the business of re-selling used/ returned devices. Please know that while your satisfaction is top priority to us, certain manufacturers/ distributors will not accept any returned device. The manufacturers will however handle incidents of defective units and warranty claims.

The manufacturers 100% Happiness Guarantee applies to your purchase. A return must include ALL original packaging, product manuals, warranty card, etc.  Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. 21st Century Skincare is not responsible for the secure return of your item(s). Quasar MD Brand
including: Baby Quasar Plus, Quasar MD Plus, Quasar Baby Blue: A 100% refund for returns (excluding shipping charges if applicable) will be provided with returns received within 90 days from your delivery date. A return must include ALL original packaging, product manuals, and warranty card.  Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. 21st Century Skincare is not responsible for the secure return of your item(s). If returning please take care to secure your item(s), and use a reputable carrier to insure guaranteed delivery of return. Please contact us for specific instructions for the return of any Quasar Biotech Brand Device.

Clareblend MINI Microcurrent and Clareblend Evis Red LED Light Devices: We do not accept returns for refund, as is the case with all other authorized retailers. We are happy to provide an exchange/ Store Credit for 100% purchase price (not including shipping) within 30 days of the date of delivery. A returned device must include all paperwork, packaging sleeve, and zipper case to qualify for exchange/ Store Credit.  Please contact us prior to a return for complete instruction, and return authorization number. Should you have questions with regard to whether this device is right for you, we have  experienced estheticians on staff to assist daily at 1 800 482-6073 ext. 2.  Please be certain to review the contraindications for use (as provided within Clareblend Mini product listings/ details) prior to purchase. 

Time Master Pro:
We do not accept returns for refund, as is the case with all other authorized Time Master Pro retailers.We are happy to provide an exchange/ Store Credit for 100% purchase price (not including shipping) within 30 days of the date of delivery. A returned device must include all paperwork, packaging, and TMP box to qualify for exchange/ Store Credit.  Please contact us prior to a return for complete instruction, and return authorization number. Should you have questions with regard to whether this device is right for you, we have TMP experienced estheticians on staff to assist daily at 1 800 482-6073 ext. 2.  Please be certain to review the contraindications for use (as provided within Time Master Pro product listing/ details) prior to purchase.

A refund of the item purchase price less a 15% processing fee will be refunded for returns received within 30 days from delivery date. Returned devices must include all original packaging, product manuals, warranty card, etc.  Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.  21st Century Skincare is not responsible for the secure return of your item(s). If returning please take care to properly re-package your item(s), and use a reputable carrier to insure guaranteed delivery of return.  Please contact us prior to returning any items for complete instruction, and return authorization number.

Please note: Pertaining to returns, the original shipping charges incurred by 21st Century Skincare/ Your 21 Skin Shop (as free shipping to you) may be deducted from refund at the discretion of 21st Century Skincare Inc. Customers are responsible for any/ all shipping expense(s) back to 21st Century Skincare with exception of shipping cost incurred toward item(s) received damaged, or defective within 30 days of delivery.

Card transactions are processed securely online and any related refund automatically goes back to the original card/ form of payment. Phone/ Email orders placed with us will be refunded to the form of payment utilized for the original transaction.

Shipping an Item for Return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
