About Your Online Order:

Most items ship within 2 business days of being received. Sooner whenever possible. Product/ Item availability is subject to change at any time. In the event we offer a product(s) that become otherwise unavailable to us, determined not suitable for sale, or ANY OTHER REASON, the purchase will be VOIDED, and we will REFUND the purchase price for the specific item(s) including any shipping cost (when incurred exclusively for the specific item(s). It is also a policy that we reach out to you via phone to advise so that the particulars can be discussed with you. We typically then send an email if we are unable to speak with you directly. If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us and we will take necessary action to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Professional Skincare products, Makeup, Beauty-care Tools, and Accessories:

Returns are accepted for 100% refund, or exchange, store credit of purchase price excluding shipping charges (if applicable), within 30 days of purchase for unopened/ unused products only.

Devices – the following device specific terms reflect manufacturer return policies as provided. 21st Century Skincare Inc. (Your21SkinShop Online Store) is not in the business of re-selling used/ returned devices. Please know that while your satisfaction is top priority to us, certain manufacturers/ distributors will not accept any returned device. Exceptions to Device Terms apply only for incidents of units damaged during delivery, defective units and warranty claims (when applicable). Please Note: returned devices must include all original packaging, product manuals, warranty card, etc. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. 21st Century Skincare Inc. (Your21SkinShop Online Store) is not responsible for the secure return of your item(s). Please take care to properly re-package your item(s). Use a reputable carrier to insure guaranteed delivery of return.

My Skin Buddy:

Returns are accepted for returns received within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, your return must include original packaging, product manuals, warranty card (when applicable).

Clareblend MINI Microcurrent and Clareblend Evis Red LED Light Device:

We do not accept returns for refund, as is the case with other authorized sellers. We are happy to provide an exchange/ Store Credit for 100% of the item price paid within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please be certain to review the Contraindications for use (provided within product listing) prior to purchase. Should you have questions with regard to whether this device is right for you, please feel free to reach out to our Estheticians at 1 800 482-6073 ext. 2.

Time Master Pro:

We do not accept returns for refund, as is the case with all other authorized Time Master Pro sellers. We are happy to provide Store Credit for 100% item purchase price for returns received within 30 days of date of delivery. A returned device must include all paperwork, packaging, and TMP box to qualify for exchange/ Store Credit.

Other Devices; 2 mghz Ultrasound, UltraWave, all ZAQ brand, PureCle:

Returns are accepted for item purchase price less a 15% processing fee for returns received within 30 days from delivery date.

Skin Wand Pro:

Store credit only for returns received within 30 days from delivery date. Return must include all original packaging, product manuals, warranty card, etc. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. 21st Century Skincare is not responsible for the secure return of your item(s). If returning please take care to properly re-package your item(s), and use a reputable carrier to insure guaranteed delivery of return. Please contact us prior to returning any items for complete instruction, and return authorization number.

Please Also Note:

Pertaining to returns, original shipping charges incurred by 21st Century Skincare/ Your 21 Skin Shop (as free shipping to you) may be deducted from refund at the discretion of 21st Century Skincare Inc. Customers are responsible for any/ all shipping expense(s) back to 21st Century Skincare with exception of shipping cost incurred toward item(s) received damaged, or defective within 30 days of delivery.

Card transactions are processed securely online and any related refund automatically goes back to the original card/ form of payment. Phone/ Email orders placed with us will be refunded to the form of payment utilized for the original transaction. We are not in control of the time that it takes for

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

It is recommended to use a shipping service that can be tracked and insured (in particular for high value returns). 21st Century Skincare, Inc. is not responsible for guaranteeing your return’s arrival back to us.
